Here are a few guidelines for reporting losses:

	Please notify Old Republic and your agent as soon as possible.
	If a loss involves serious injury or death, please contact the Claims Department immediately. We will have an adjuster sent out the same day.
	Worker's Compensation injuries should be reported as soon as you become aware of the injury.
	After a loss, please make an "On the Scene" investigation.  Secure the names of any witnesses and prepare a rough sketch of the scene and take photographs.
	For losses to property, please try to protect the property and limit further damage.
